Our second will be Paula Gloria Tsakona, formerly Paula Tsaconas Santiglia, founded the Concordia Foundation, a newagey nonprofit promoting fuzzy thinking:
Which we wouldn't care about one way or the other--if it wasn't for her involvement with the provocateur actions at Ground Zero with Nico Haupt and Rosalee Grable: http://www.911blogger.com/node/15450
But the last straw was harassing William Rodriguez soon after he returned to the States:
Shortly after his return from Italy, Rodriguez was scheduled to appear at the fund raiser for the NYC 9/11 Ballot Initiative. While attending the fund raiser, Rodriguez was approached for an interview by a woman he did not recognize. Rodriguez was still recovering from his trans-continental flight, so he declined the interview.
Despite the fact that Rodriguez had declined the interview, the woman continued to disrespectfully pressure Rodriguez until she was escorted out of St. Mark's Church. It turns out that the person pushing for an interview was none other than one Paula Gloria, associate of Nico Haupt.
There appears to be no end in sight to the Paula Gloria provocateur circus. As it happens, Paula Gloria has kindly made her contact information public at her Concordia website(for soliciting donations), which will come in handy for the next target of her, or her cohorts, attentions:
26 Gramercy Park 7H
New York, NY 1003
rabbitholecentral@earthlink.net
People to contact about Paula's conduct include 26 Gramercy Park Owners, who apparently own the building where she resides:
This is how it is from here on out: anyone acting like a threat to family members, 911 witnesses or activists will be treated as such.
Want to make death threats? Fine we'll take you dead seriously and take steps accordingly.
Want to harass and threaten people? Fine, we'll report it to the appropriate authorities accordingly.
Want to make attempts to invade the privacy of 911 witnesses, family members and activists? Fine we'll document it and report it accordingly.
And our first example will be our Troy from West Virginia.
Without revealing his full name, address or phone number--all of which are in my possession-- the following is the contact information for the police and sheriff departments that have jurisdiction where he lives:
Hurricane Police Department Chief of Police: Mark Baker 3255 Teays Valley Road, PO Box 1086, Hurricane, WV 25526, (304)562-9911
Putnam County Sheriff's Office Sheriff; Mark Smith 3389 Winfield Rd, Winfield, West Virginia 25213, (304)586-0256
It is long past time he is reported for telephone harassment. This
is the last straw. It is time to stop pissing about and shut this wanker down. So you get bothered by Troy, report him without hesitation. See someone else attacked by Troy? Link to this post.
Make no mistake--he is not the struggling uneducated halfwit he pretends to be. He knows exactly what he is doing. And it is long past time people held him accountable for his actions.
And if law enforcement's response is lukewarm, give his local politicians a go:

I'm sure these good citizens of Hurricane do not want to be known as living in a place condoning telephone harassment.
Remember, this is not about 911 activism--this is about unacceptable behavior. Help your fellow activists and citizens by reporting it promptly and sending a message people who act like this will not get away with it.
It is ridiculous that Troy has gotten away with this behavior for as long as he has.
Now to the rest of the attackers/provocateurs/enablers out there:
Anyone who:
Threatens 911 family members Threatens 911 witnesses Threatens 911 activists condones, endorses, excuses or enables any of the above
expect the same treatment.
Examples of unacceptable behavior:
-attacking/harassing 911 family members -like what has happened with Bob McIlvaine and Ellen Mariani
-attacking/harassing 911 witnesses--like what has happened with Carmen Taylor, Jennifer Spell, Val McClatchey
-Attacking/harassing 911activists--like well, this
-and, always a favorite with the passive/aggressive sort, reproducing any the above under the facile excuse of "news", " information" or even "helping", but really with the intent of spreading the attacks in question.
You know who you are and I know you're reading. You run a blog or manage a site where any of the above is happening? I'd stop ready this and start cleaning up. Screen shots are forever.
This is not about 911 or what you believe happened that day. This is not about "research". This is about decent behavior. There is NO excuse to threaten, harass or attack 911 family members or 911 witnesses in the name of "research" or "patriotism". I don't care if you're a 911 activist, a debunker, a noplaner, or a martian--- behave or expect consequences.
NOTE: anyone needing Troy's complete information to file a harassment complaint can pm me.
Or w2qrx. I can never get the "q" and "2" placement straight. Which is a sad look out for me considering I'm supposed to be part of this "organization".
I apologize in advance for the excessive use of "" you are about to encounter. As Nicolas at Truthmove has pointed out, almost every term these people use should be in quotes as they are either misapplied, inaccurate, or, especially in the case of "WQ2RX" made up whole cloth.
You may remember "WQ2RX" being bandied about in the aftermath of the Kennebunkport fiasco where Webster Tarpley accused Cindy Sheehan, Dalia Wasfi, Ann Wright and Jamillia El Sharif of being "appalling liars" and "wretched individuals" . If you've blissfully forgotten, here's a reminder like:
Soon after it was clear that any attempts to drive a wedge between these women and 911truth wasn't going to work, the target of the attacks switched from "Daliar4" to those of us who defended "Daliar4". Mr. Tarpley went so far as to go on stage during the 911 anniversary and publicly suggest me, Cosmos, Arabesque and Micheal Wolsey were the new face of Co-intelpro.
The problem with that is it is well known that the first people to make open accusations of "being agents" are almost always agents themselves, trying to beat the real activists to the punch. But as horrible as that was, it was to pale against the new waves of attacks, calls to hunt people down and death threats that would happen under the excuse of hunting down the terrorist "Al Qaida organization", "WQ2RX".
Which I'm supposed to be part of. Much like Tarpley's assertions re: The Ford Foundation, who I'm also supposed to be working for. I'm tempted to make my usual sarcastic comments about sending away for my back pay. However, there would be one tiny snag: unlike The Ford Foundation, "WQ2RX" does not exist.
"WQ2RX" is a fabrication created by members of the "no planes" crowd as an excuse to engage in internet harassment, including but not limited to unwanted phone calls, attempts to invade privacy, posting addresses and phone numbers believed to be those of the targets, and calls for further harassment/ death threats, often through the means of bizarre videos posted through many YouTube puppet accounts. The people promoting this rubbish--including Nico Haupt, Webfairy, Killtown and Fred-- claim "WQ2RX" is an Al Qaida terrorist cell, a cell conveniently made up of 911 activists who have been the most effective at limiting disruption efforts in 911 truth activism.
The first major awareness of this coordinated attempt to label 911 activists who challenged Tarpley as "Al Qiada terrorists" was fall of last year, in the aftermath of the Kennebukport fallout. But by winter, their activity had fallen off, presumably they had noted their efforts to "shut us up" had failed miserably. Other half-hearted attempts were made, including Haupt's Internet show "911stalker TV", hosted on Paula Gloria's YouTube channel "Father down the Rabbit hole", which seemed to consist of Mr. Haupt trying to harass people by phone. This meme seemed to peeter out, as did related "WQ2RX" operations. Until May of this year.
In this charming article, Alex Constantine accuses Truthmove of--you guessed it--being a member of "WQ2RX":
In the introduction (posted below), we met John Albanese, a close associate of TruthMove.org's founders, Julian and Max.
Albanese is an interesting study - no wonder TruthMove is harassing Nico Haupt, because HE'S BLOWING THE WHISTLE ON TRUTHMOVE.ORG'S INTELLIGENCE CONNECTIONS:
Another interesting quote is:
The Story was originally broken by DOG4TREE COUNTERINTELLIGENCE and was subsequently published on http://kv3ri.blogspot.com and mirrored on intelligence sites around the world.
This is a grandiose statement in the extreme. It is highly doubtful that valid intelligence sites would be repeating unsubstantiated speculations wrapped in disco porn hit videos. It would be helpful to know who Dog4tree is. This might give an insight to the motives and methodology behind these attacks. A Google search of Dog4Tree reveals this link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/911InsideJobbers/message/22277
Possibly indicating Dog4tree is Webfairy. If true this would match the disjointed and specious style of the various attacks which now include Truthmove.org.
What did Truthmove do to anybody to get this attention? This came out of the blue!
Or it seems so. Going back in time to the Kennebunkport scandal, most of the 911activists attacked as "WQ2RX" were part of Truthaction. What did Truthaction do? Defend anti war activists under attack. This appears to have coincided with a plan to drive a wedge between the anti war movement and the peace movement. Whether the attacks on members of Truthaction were pure revenge or an attack to neutralize future interference is hard to say.
So, examining the model, what recent event appears to have presaged this new "WQ2RX" accusation? Seems to be two candidates: expressing concern over 9/11 Independent Citizens Commission: http://www.truthmove.org/forum/topic/871
And concerns about the promotion of Week of Truth:
It both of these cases members of Truthmove were offering very strong criticism of individuals participating in these projects and some of the strategies being used.
Whatever your opinions on these issues, we can all agree that accusations of being "Al Qaida" members, attempts to invade privacy and the rest are not on.
This is a very sophisticated operation and has many levels. Last fall they started out with mixing garbage info with their intended targets. Then they narrow their focus to the people they were trying to intimidate out of activism--that has to be the goal, right?
Another aspect is mini-false flags--"Look they're doing it to me--I'm on your side!". U2R2H was the first and clumsiest of these attempts last fall. More successful attempts have telling signs:
-the person under "attack" alternates between outrage and indifference about the attack. They discourage any attempts at investigation. In short they do not act like someone under attack. Their job is to manipulate the people really under attack, gain their confidence, and, hopefully use what ever they learn to help the attackers. This explains why they need to express a minimum amount of outrage to gain sympathy, but at the same time claim they "aren't impressed".
- a subtle variation of the mini-false flag, is running to your defense, but in such a way that it actually backs up and reinforces the original attacks.
-these people's true colors are exposed when they are cut off and their job is no longer possible. They will then mimic almost exactly the behavior of the primary attackers. At this point their aim appears to be provoking an outraged response to muddle the chain of custody and hide the intent of their actions. If they can do this, it is very hard for an outside observer to judge who the real attacker(s) are.
- other tactics to manipulate people under attack include suggesting it is a hoax, or a joke, when the minimum research will reveal a deliberate intelligence behind these actions.
--another tactic used is the refrain "ignore it". But this can also be used by sincere people who misunderstand motives. They need to understand attacks like these are not compulsive pathological attention seeking. This type of behavior is deliberate coordination masked as attention seeking and/or crazy behavior.
At this point I'm going to indulge in some capital letters:
THE RETURN OF WQ2RX ACCUSATIONS COMBINED WITH NICO HAUPT'S ASSULT ON SABRINA AT GROUND ZERO MAKE IT THUNDERINGLY CLEAR THAT IGNORING THE PROBLEM OF ATTACKS ON 911 ACTIVIST WILL NOT MAKE IT GO AWAY.
Ahem. Cheers for your indulgence.
So what to do? Document everything. Report any crime or attempted crime promptly to the appropriate authorities. Talk to a solicitor. Read this blog for other ideas.
Be proactive. Beware of the "ally" who claims to be attacked to get your trust. And anyone who has all the facts yet tries to talk you out of effective action is not your ally.
This problem will not go away unless we make it go away. Or at least make it so public it has no power. And anyone who thinking false accusations of terrorism posted online can't have real world consequences, watch this video:
To stop the effectiveness of these attacks it is important to draw attention to the issue while not adding any fuel to the fire or getting distracted from our activism. Prompt appropriate action should not give people engaging in these attacks and accusations the idea their intimidation attempts are successful.
It might help to think of the people behind the "WQ2RX" attacks as very naughty children (apologizes to real children). Bad behavior must be confronted and firm boundaries set. If bad behavior is not confronted it will never stop. With adult misbehavior this must include documentation and steps up to and including legal action to stop the behavior. It's not just a good idea; if we want more activist participation, then we have a responsibility to do what we can to prevent future attacks on activists.
First Truthaction. Now Truthmove. Who's next? Remember they're trying to hunt down individuals, not just the site...
Notes: Because these attack often include alleged home addresses and phone numbers, people should realize the law supports your right to privacy online. Unless you are a public figure (elected, work in a high profile business, an actor, etc) you can refuse to let someone use any information about your person or your name. Legally they are obligated to stop. This assumes that you yourself have not posted this information or it's connection to your activism online.
Claims that information posted about a person by third party(s)without their permission makes them a"public figure" is fallacious if it is known the information was posted without consent. Only the individual has the right to make that decision. As the video above shows you can be putting people's lives in danger, not just the person, but their friends and family.
There are cases where one may make an argument it is in the public good for people to know who X person is. The test of whether revealing a person information is appropriate: are they committing a crime? Are they a threat to public safety? If you can honestly answer "yes" to one of those questions, and you know the person's identification, you still should not be posting their information online as a first step.Your proper course is to report the incident to the police, the person allegedly threatened and/or an appropriate government agency or employer.
A person who fails to follow through with, or even make an attempt at, any tangible legal course available is using their alleged "concerns" as an excuse for their unethical actions.
Recently some sites have been bombarded by individuals or groups who don't seem to understand why good behavior is just as important as whatever you're trying to promote with your fellow activists. Examining the Prisoner's Dilemma might help clarify some points for everyone, not just the misbehaving.
The Prisoner's Dilemma is a problem presented in game theory that explores the risks and rewards of loyalty and betrayal. It can help explain to those behind the curve why good behavior is important for success.
Two suspects are arrested by the police. The police have insufficient evidence for a conviction, and, having separated both prisoners, visit each of them to offer the same deal: if one testifies ("defects") for the prosecution against the other and the other remains silent, the betrayer goes free and the silent accomplice receives the full 10-year sentence. If both remain silent, both prisoners are sentenced to only six months in jail for a minor charge. If each betrays the other, each receives a five-year sentence. Each prisoner must make the choice of whether to betray the other or to remain silent. Each one is assured that the other would not know about the betrayal before the end of the investigation. How should the prisoners act?
To make a very long story short, basically if it's a one off--that is, there is only one play to the "game"-- it is always advantageous to defect, that is screw the other player over. True, you're not guaranteed to get off free, but you are guaranteed to avoid a 10 year sentence. That is if you only play the game once and there is no expectation for consequences for your betrayal.
But what happens when you play the game over and over? This is called the Iterated Prisoner's Dilemma and successful strategies that work in the one off don't work in the long run.
Another way to put it is, screwing over someone once you can probably get away with if you're careful. But making it a habit increases the chances of not only being found out, but loosing any advantages you might have gained in previously. In the short run bad behavior appears to have a payoff, in the long run it's a bankrupt strategy.
One analysis:
By analysing the top-scoring strategies, Axelrod stated several conditions necessary for a strategy to be successful.
Nice
The most important condition is that the strategy must be "nice", that is, it will not defect before its opponent does (this is sometimes referred to as an "optimistic" algorithm). Almost all of the top-scoring strategies were nice; therefore a purely selfish strategy will not "cheat" on its opponent, for purely utilitarian reasons first.
Retaliating
However, Axelrod contended, the successful strategy must not be a blind optimist. It must sometimes retaliate. An example of a non-retaliating strategy is Always Cooperate. This is a very bad choice, as "nasty" strategies will ruthlessly exploit such softies.
Forgiving
Another quality of successful strategies is that they must be forgiving. Though they will retaliate, they will once again fall back to cooperating if the opponent does not continue to play defects. This stops long runs of revenge and counter-revenge, maximizing points.
Non-envious
The last quality is being non-envious, that is not striving to score more than the opponent (impossible for a ‘nice’ strategy, i.e., a 'nice' strategy can never score more than the opponent).
Therefore, Axelrod reached the Utopian-sounding conclusion that selfish individuals for their own selfish good will tend to be nice and forgiving and non-envious.
I wouldn't call it Utopian so much as enlightened self interest. Another way to think of these strategies:
Nice: don't start shite
Retaliatory: but if someone starts something, finish it. Basic self-defense.
Forgiving: once the fight is over, leave it out. After successfully fighting back, don't look to continue the fight. Move on.
Non-envious: don't get stuck in a pissing contest.
Many good activists have some parts of successful strategy but are missing other parts. The common problem is focusing on "nice" and "forgiving" and not understanding the need for, or knowing how to, implement "retaliatory". Unfortunately when this is recognized, it is often after the nick of time.
However, groups that have had repeated instances of bad behavior, when you analyze their actions they have twisted the successful long term strategy into a parody that ensures "fail":
First, they use short term win strategies, yet play for the long term--and wonder why this doesn't result in "win".
Second, they are rarely "nice", even during initial interactions. This sets them up for "fail" if they insist on repeat plays, which they always do.
Third, they use "retaliatory" strategies preemptively, resulting in consistent non optimal results. "Retaliatory" strategies work best when their is something to retaliate against (duh).
Fourth, they never "forgive". They try to continue the fight long after they lost.
Fifth, they often feel the need to gratuitously put down the opposition to increase their own "honor" among members.
I'm not saying all these mis-behaving groups have malicious intentions. But the ones who have proven themselves untrustworthy consistently use this sure to "fail" strategy. Why?
All I can figure is disruptive groups aren't interested in "win". "Win" being defined as not only succeeding in their alleged goals, but being able to successfully work with activists who would, if not for their strategies, be willing to work with them. I have hard time believing these people, as intelligent as they are elsewhere, do not understand their strategy is one guaranteed to produce "fail".
As we understand the dynamics, why they do what they do becomes irrelevant. Anyone consistently using short term antagonistic strategies on a long term basis in activism is not worth everyone elses time or energy.
Besides, the odds are stacked against these groups. Consistent attacks, betrayal and deceit are their own reward. If for no other reason than all the people attacked, lied about and deceived eventually band together ensuring permanent "fail" for the perpetrators.
The rest of us could do worse than taking to heart longterm "win" strategies of game theory for our activism.
For those who want a more thorough analysis of The Prisoner's Dilemma:
Secondly: New truth activist UK forum courtesy of YT. Escape the Nineeleven UK bollox! No trolls need apply! (Never mind one already has--we'll see how long it lasts )
Thirdly: Speaking of bollox, the suspected Larouche disinfo wankers are at it again with the WQ2RX rubbish--this time targeting Truthmove. Will you tossers please get a life?
Fourthly: RIP the truth leadership of Kevin Barrett.
