Mr. Ranke's latest whine:

And if that wasn't bad enough, Aldo trumps up the figgiest of fig leaf excuses for what he got up to online:

Dunno Aldo--maybe you were blowing smoke for the crowd? More tough talk for the groundlings? Killtown and co do this all the time--it's a bit of the wq2rx stalker MO--shout about how victimized they are while they attack people and hope no one calls their bluff.
Aldo misses the point. The point is not if Aldo's reasoning is sound--many people do things with unsound reasoning--see the whole saga of Ozzytwat and Killtown harassing Mark Humphrey:

Unsound reasoning does not prove one is innocent of harassment.
The point is it was Aldo's responsibility to make sure what he said could never be construed as a threat to do harm. No one has any business implying--however vague or obliquily-- they will drag the friends or family of someone into a personal conclict. Aldo's proper course was not to make excuses, but to, without hesitation apologize for bringing Bobert's family up at all, then explain his intent, and affrim he(Aldo) will not do anything like that again. Mind, Bobert is not a choir boy, but he also did not bringing children into the conflict.
As Craig Ranke and company make excuses for rank behavior--(had to pick that one up)--he acts blissfully ignorant of the legally liable particulars of his situation. I'll quote weezula from a post at pumpitout who gave a good summary:

The "Craig" weezula refers to is not Craig Ranke, but both "Craigs"do seem to be working from the same play book. In Ranke's case, with his face-to-name thread, his reach may have exceeded his grasp. (I was the emcee for the Portland 9/29 anti-war rally -- I wore a Truthaction tee shirt and made several statements about 9/11 truth from the stage. I really think someone doesn't like the idea of 9/11 truth working effectively with the anti-war movement.)
So, anyhoo, is that part of your plan? Get out in the streets then get threatened and then get harassed, but don't expect help from the rest of the 9/11 truth movement because it's a waste of their time to listen to your sob story?

Having recently been the target of freaky attempts to intimidate along with my friend by seeing our personal information posted online, I want nothing to do with this sort of tactic. The fact that I have been subjected to MORE of this crap because I am being lumped in with these Authority folks is just one reason.

Last fall, someone took my picture (and a god-awful one at that) at a Portland anti-war event and used it in one of those freaky YouTubimal videos. I have a vague recollection of someone taking it, but I can't remember who or whether it was someone I recognized.

Yep, mashed. It was on several of those channels and featured "w2qrx" prominently -- as in, accusing me of being a Portland w2qrx agent. Whatever -- I was just irritated that the photo of me was so bad.
